On 30 December 2014, after an eight-month pause, supplies of natural gas to the south of Kyrgyzstan were resumed, as stated in the Gazprom press release.
This became possible through an arrangement concluded between Gazprom and Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company for 2015, providing for an annual supply of up to 100 million cubic meters of natural gas to southern regions of the country.
