On 9 September, Joint Operating Company Vietgazprom opened a tender to select a service contractor to perform integrated interpretation of geological and geophysical survey data, including 2D seismic surveys, gravimetric and magnetic surveys, electrical surveys, and geochemical studies on Blocks 129, 130, 131, and 132 offshore Vietnam.
The Vietgazprom Working Group and invited specialists have begun evaluating bids.
The objective of integrated interpretation of geological and geophysical survey data is to select the drill site for an exploratory well on Blocks 129-132 and to identify structures for 3D seismic surveys.
