A financial services conference took place from 1 to 7 July 2012, in Osterbek (Holland) at Gazprom EP International B.V.

The aim of the conference was to discuss issues regarding the systematisation and standardisation of business processes within the Gazprom International group of companies: budgeting, Treasury-based budget execution, accounting and accountability, auditing and stock-taking, internal corporate procedures, and an employee incentive scheme based on key company indicators.

In order to support innovation and the formation of a procedural management model, the company Gazprom International Training B.V. along with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Shouten & Nelissen conducted training sessions on project management, time management, cross-cultural communications, and international financial accountability standards.

Representatives from Gazprom EP International B.V and Gazprom International took part in the conference, along with the company's financial divisions in Algeria, Bolivia, Venezuela, Vietnam, Holland, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Nigeria, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
